PACK PICKUP AND BIKE RACKING
PACK PICK-UP:
All race packs must be collected from the event site, Barnard Park, Busselton WA 6280, during the times listed below. No Perth pack-pickup is available.
- All events: Friday 2nd May 2025, 3pm – 7pm at Barnard Park Pavilion
- Kids Tri: Saturday 3rd May 2025, 6am – 7am at the container booth near Transition.
- Foreshore: Saturday 3rd May 2025, 6am – 9am at Barnard Park Pavilion
- Busselton 100 and Aquabike: Saturday 3rd May 2025,1pm – 4:45pm at Barnard Park Pavilion.
BIKE RACKING:
- All Busselton Foreshore Triathlon and Kids Triathlon participants must rack their bikes on race morning, Saturday 3rd May 2025. Transition opens at 6am. Kids must rack before 7.15am, Enticer must rack before 8.15am, and Sprint must rack before 9.30am.
- All Busselton 100 and Aquabike participants must rack their bike the night before their race. No bike racking is available on race morning. Bike racking for Busselton 100 and Aquabike is from 1:30pm – 5:00pm on Saturday 3rd May 2025 only. Please make ensure you plan your travel accordingly.
BUSSELTON 100 & AQUABIKE INFORMATION
All Busselton 100 and Aquabike athletes are encouraged to read the Athlete Guide before their race. It contains all the info you need to prepare for race day including the schedule, maps, course information, wave starts, beginner tips, and more.
Please note that this event is run under the AusTriathlon Race Competition Rules (RCR). The athlete guide does not override the RCR, so please view them in conjunction.
PURE SPORTS NUTRITION
We’re excited to share that Pure Sports Nutrition are our 2025 Nutrition and Hydration Partner. For our Busselton 100 and Aquabike athletes, Superfruits (berry) flavour electrolytes will be on the bike course, and Lemon flavour will be on the run. POST-RACE AWARDS AND CELEBRATION
We have exclusive use of Hally’s Bar on Sunday night, so our Busselton 100 and Aquabike athletes can come together and celebrate post-race! This is your chance to relax, share race stories, and soak up the atmosphere with fellow competitors. We’ll also be presenting the WA State Long Course Championship Medals, Special Awards (Corporate Cup & Schools Challenge), and Event Age Category Winner Trophies—so if you’ve placed in the top three in your age category on race day, we want to see you there!
We’ll kick off the evening with some highlight videos from the days racing, nibbles and shared platters, and a cash bar will be available for drinks. Athletes and supporters can also purchase meals if they’d like.
